At JP Uniforms, we aim for perfection. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong size, we’re here to help. You can exchange fresh items within 7 days of delivery.

How to Exchange

1. Reach out to us by phone or email within 7 days.
2. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchange Guidelines

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Exchanges are not available for promotional or discounted items.
• We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to item availability.

International Orders

For our international customers, we currently offer exchanges within 30 days, with shipping costs to be borne by you. We’re working on enhancing our services to include refunds and free shipping soon!
